Many of us are aware of the probiotic benefits of adding fermented foods to our diet. Lacto-fermentation preserves nutrients & supports healthy digestion thanks to the healthy flora & enzymes that aren't killed off by pasteurization. But did you know that fermented pickles are simply made using salt, water & spices? Join instructor Melanie Lahr, long-time lover of all food fermented, as she demystifies the process of lacto-fermentation.
